All connection attempts have failed - Heredur

Hey what's up guys. This error (above) happens to me all the time when i try to play on Heredur server or any other server. Please anyone know why??

It can be for a lot of reasons, mainly two.

• Connections issues: perhaps you lost your internet connection during a period of time, so you are not able to connect.
• Servers are not fine: which can happen sometimes, especially when there are some Releases or Hotfixes applied recently. This can also be something on your PC. Check HERE to how remove old DSOClient files.

Normally, it depends more on the player that on the server. So, do the steps shown in point 2. If, after that, problem reamins, then we should test your ping.

im havin the similar problem , every time i tried to enter in game says error 23 player already logged in , i tried all reset pc router, delete all temp files etc and still nothing its been over almost 3 hours now and i still cant enter game

 

Actually, in my case, server is Grimmag ... issue the same!

All started in game with too long teleport from q1 boss back to the city ...

Next attempt to enter q1 failed, 2,3 h ago and from then can't get into game!

When I try to enter in Grimmag, notification like this title appears, which is something most of us already saw, but for the first time for me, this is happening on the server entry (can't reach my char) and also, this is new for me (but maybe I just haven't pay attention befeore):



I am using t.client , currently don't have Java installed and tried few things, like clear DSO file in temp (Win 10) although I guessed it was a server issue, ping Grimmag server and get 4/4 success with average response 31ms.

I know that Tegan had a downtime, but not sure about the issue, so I hope that we'll be able to play soon.

ED: I've noticed, since this issue appeared, that when I start the client, some times "check box image" with "You can start playing whenever ..." is missing!

 

Heredur server, same issue.

It locked me out about 3 hours ago, just assumed you guys were doing something. Same thing, after 'server selection' it goes into the blank screen shown by the @Dzungla

Hi all

We (all language moderation teams) are aware of the server issues. We have already sent emergency SMS to CMs, that is the only thing we can do.
I hope the issue will be fixed tomorrow.

Black screen with DSO logo and blinking message

''All connection attempts have failed''

under that is one button ''Retry''

Getting this after trying to travel to Liar's Liar, retrying don't helps so have to close the game (would be nice to have one more button ''main menu'') and then trying to login back but after character screen can't start play - the same message ''All connection attempts have failed''.
To get back to game i need to wait few min (usually i get smoking break ) then i can login and play game till i try again to get to Liar's Liar. I was in that dungeon finished few quests but after getting ''kill Khalys'' quest that started and i can't get back there.

deleted DSO client and redownloaded it but happened the same.

................
seems the problem is somwhere else, i could enter that dungeon and finish quest.
but message appeared after battle registration twice, then after random teleportation and always had to terminate game and after few min start again.
