    Was playing the game just fine, went to switch characters, now I just keep getting "All connection attempts have failed" error no matter how many times I retry. Have cleared cache, have tried different browsers, and it still happens. Only on Heredur, everything works fine on Agathon. DS had this issue several months ago, it lasted for two weeks before it was finally fixed!! Now it's happening again.

    I'm having this problem too. Not upon switching characters, but simply when trying to log in (and I did it with no problem this morning). Now I'm missing my Daily Challenge for 250 Knowledge. Funny how they just promised us compensation for the issues between the 20th and 23rd and there's problems again...

    I tried another server Grimmag and I lost my character as Heredur says all connection attempts failed, don't tell me I have to start all over.

    I am having the same problem. I hope this doesnt turn into a 2 week ordeal like last time! My favorite event is coming!

    You cannot use the same character over multiple servers. If you make a toon on a particular server, you can't use it on any other server.



    Well, would you look at that... problem got solved for me. I just logged in. Hope the issue in question won't happen again :p.

    Same for me all connection attempt have failed, both with client and browser

    Same problem for me on Heredur. After 10th attempt I finally made it to character selection screen and I can't select any of my characters.

    I have the same problem as the people above me, I log in, I select the Heredur server, then a very slow loading starts happening, it's like I'm loading some next gen max graphics game, and not DSO, lol. Then after around 15-20 secs of loading, that stupid message appears "All connection attempts have failed."
    I grow sick and tired of the incompetence of the Dev. team of this game. Not so long ago, maybe a week ago, there was this chat/group bug, where you couldn't communicate, nor get invited. There is non-stop server lag in tiny bits that just drives me crazy. And to top it all up, nobody from support is doing jack squat about it. Watching their work is like watching a toddler break a glass, and then tring to cover up after himself/herself, so the elders don't notice what he/she did, but we all know how well that works with toddlers, same is here. Just a pathetic attempt at fixing their already broken because of inaction game.

    Dear ZlaGad1, :oops:

    I do understand your frustration, but I would like to point out that Support is in the same position as us, the Mod Team. There is absolutely nothing we can do apart from informing the Game Team, and waiting for an update. We are not programmers, developers, nor system admins - our hands are tied. :(

    As soon as we have any kind of update from the Team, we will let you know. ​

    So its about the same Issue I've had for two weeks, I already sent the logs and info required to the support team and they sent a bug report, so hopefully we will see a fix for this soon enough. BTW I'm in Tegan...so that does not happen in Heredur alone. We might see more people posting about it from Heredur since its the server with the highest population but by no means the only one with people affected by this.

    Well summed up, before the hotfix and today, 4 days without being able to play..I'm not a beggar but i guess the compensation(when it eventually arrives) should grow... not that i would need anything that i can't buy myself, it's just the thought of being fair. If a player does not respect the rules, he is banned, if a player uses exploits, bots, etc, he is banned or other means of penalization. This should go both ways if it's intended to be a nice and respectful Player-Developer relation. Even a formal apology would be good enough.

    I can see this failure has been going on for hours now and still we can not log on the game! Are the dev.team that bad, unable to fix a logon problem?

    It may be a more complex situation of which we don't have knowledge of and it may take more time than we think..either way, the devs alone should tell us this, not the moderators of the forum which sadly stand up to all of our rage.

    Oh wait, what? Again? So there was one day where we couldn't connect at all, another day where you couldn't form groups or anythings (meaning you can't play at all if you're 45, because DSO likes to force us to group up and refuses to let us solo the game if we want to)... and now this?!

    I got an error a while ago and since then 'All connection attempts have failed'. Were there talks about compensation? How about a public furloughing of some devs? Way too many amateurish moves.

    Just fix the damn game and give me my premium days back.

    Well I think game designers need to design games and fix them not troll the forums and keep us informed that is the job of the CM team and our forums mods. Please note this game has a forum where we can contact the designers in a round about way. If we abuse this I am sure it will be removed. So please have patience this is the best way to help. I really don't see arguments or complaints helping it get fixed faster.

    Thank-you everyone on the development teams your doing a good job and I have faith you'll fix everything.

    The Dev Team has been contacted and informed, but please understand that we cannot guarantee that the issue will be fixed at this hour :confused: We might have a status update only in the morning :( . I am really sorry, I wish I could bring you better news!

    The Dev team should take care of fixing this as soon as possible, and let us worry about informing you all and keeping you up to date.
    :D We can then gather all your rage and pass it along to the Game Team.
