At least one character can't get pms or get inv to group

    My steam mech people are telling me they cannot pm or invite to group, may be all characters on my account are bugged, but steam mech for sure. Please help. I have the latest Direct X, the latest video driver, and the latest java runtime. I also deleted all my temp files, and re-downloaded the game data. I'm using the DSO Client.

    This does not sound like a direct x, video driver or java run time issue.
