    This comment is a tad confusing, particularly to those not fluent or comfortable in English:

    Deluxe Re-pricing <~~Title
    We will reduce the general prize of the Deluxe membership. <~~Description

    If you are changing the money required to purchase a Deluxe membership, that wold be the comment in the title.

    If you are changing what you get as a result of purchasing a Deluxe membership, that would be reflected in the description.
