Awoken lion pet new bug?

    Hello there. Well, they finally managed to patch some of the game's bugs. One of them was the awoken lion pet event. Great.
    Now I'd like to mention the following. You have the pet (awoken lion) active and you die, it despawns and you have to reactivate it every time. Is that normal? With the other pets it doesn't do that.

    To be honest; the pet seems absolutely useless to me. I don't notice a single bit of better drop from normal mobs...which is kinda obvious. 10% of 0 is still 0

    Even combined with xmas cape it should add to 20%, but nah it doesnt do anything positive to your drops in anyway im 110% sure of it.
