Bad connection after R133

    Today i play with my main char, than i create new char and try to move char from one map to another game give me massage "All connection attempts failed" , after that i can not play the game. Always same massage.
    Also, i try with ipconfig/flushdns.
    I didnt have problem before r133.

    After 10min i can go in game with my two main char, but i can not go in game with two new chars (one is 2lvl, and one is 5lvl). when i try go in game always same massage "All connection attempts failed".
