Battle frenzy talent

    As the title sais i d like some1 to explain to me how this talent works. In its description it sais u go into battle frenzy mode when u defeat an enemy player. But i do 1v1 and it just randomly kicks in in the middle of the round. Could some1 pls explain to me why this happens and in which cases it activates? Thx in advance.

    Battle frenzy activates only when you kill another player.
    When you kill an opponent your attack speed and damage are increased by 25% for 6 seconds and mana/steam/concentration/rage replenish for 50%.
    It is not useful in 1v1, since it activates in between the rounds and in the end of the battle and is losing its effect after.
