    Is this game truly free, if not I don't mind paying a sub or for the game if it is good. Just want to know up front.

    Hi there!
    I've started this game like 2 weeks ago and i think i can give a pretty decent answer to your question.

    Yes it is free to play and you can even gain the curency of the game by doing main quests and it even drops from every mobs in every map.
    Now with this curency you can buy alot of items to help you out but you wont need to do this as as you can craft legendary items with good stats if you are lucky that are better than the items that u can buy with the curency .

    So far i havent had any troubles in the game that i had to pay money in order to progress.
