Better player search

Use case:

I have met this nice player and we had a good chat.
Now, the next day, I want to whisper him and ask how he is doing.
Oh but wait, his character name had this special character and I cannot enter it in the player search window.
He is probably online, but I cannot contact him.
Sad

Suggestion:

What if we allow a more powerful player search with the following options:

1. Instead of displaying only the first 20 matches as of currently, there would be a button called next which would bring the next 20 player names that matched.
2. There should also be a corresponding previous button to traverse back in the search list.
3. I probably can remember the level of this player, so I should be able to narrow my search by filtering on level.
4. Wildcard search like "O*endpart" would search all players names that starts with O and ends with "endpart"

If you ask me, this is the number one most important feature if they would ever implement it in the game, that I would like to see.
