Bigpoint Support Problem

Hello,

I have send a support ticket 3 days ago about my temporarily banned account. The customer told me that he can't help me because i have to contact the Support team responsible for my language area. I had no problems communicating in english with support team, i was always speaking english and i was getting answers in english language.

Is this a new update on the support? How do i contact the Support team responsible for my language area so i can at last talk with somebody about my subject?

 

If you have any problem with your account you have to write to your support. For example if your account is Hungarian you have write to Hungarian support. This is not new.
If you bought the account, you are unlucky.

 

I didn't bought any account. How do i write in my support? When i login to my account I see only 1 panel to submit a ticket. This: https://grimmag.drakensang.com/en/support

 

After log in in https://grimmag.drakensang.com . Go down and change language than go to support.

That account is HU registered, you need to contact Hungarian support. However, let me remind you that you need to use Hungarian language.
English support cannot help you.
