    When is BP going to fix this glitch that bills players three times when they purchase something??????????

    Hello @cigarbennett , the transaction duplication issue has been resolved as stated in this post by my colleague @Allogeneous:

    If you were affected by this and have not received a refund to your bank a/c and the removal of the unintended packages from your DSO a/c, please contact Support, best regards.
