black screen in store

    Why can't I make purchases, when I select buy it throws me a black screen....any help

    I have the same problem they say have a default internet browser set. I have tried Microsoft edge and Chrome and Opera nothing works I even installed java. If they want to lose money then so be it lol.

    Note: Windows 10 I will try Windows 8 on VM
