Blank mini-map

I have Ati AIW x800xl and i have mini-map like this:



Any clues?

 

Did you delete your DSOclient folder and clear the Java cache? That would be a good starting point. Read posts 6 and 7 here. http://en.bigpoint.com/drasaonline/board/threads/technical-faq.1917/#post-3852

 

Noup. Nothing happens.

 

OK, here at minimum system requirements for playing Drakensang says that you need at least:
Graphic card: nVidia 6800GT with 256 MB RAM or comparable
But with minimum specs you don't expect to run the game smoothly.
Your graphic card is having probably 256 Mb GDDR3 memory, which is the minimum.
With this card only solution is to download latest graphics drivers.

EDIT: And here I can see that the latest drivers are released back in 2010 ... which you probably have. Anyway download them and install them as fresh installation.

 

Yes, i done that too. Maybe its all about ATI...

 

Did you try to press "M" multiple times?
You are having this issue always or just recently/occasionally ?

 

Yes, i try that too.
It's happening all the time.

 

Then it's up to graphic card.
If you can, try to override game settings using your ATI software(AMD Catalyst). But it may slow down your system.
