    Now it's a bit difficult to create 60-80% block rate, besides shield, what other items have good block rate?

    Many items have block in base stats. Dragans protective armor set also have block bonus stuff if i remember correctly.

    Helios Silver amulet has base block and unique block. You can buy it level 145 from Emilia during Premium day. If you are premium that is. Forget how much ander it costs.
