Blocking XP

    Perfect[IoN]1 Junior Expert

    i think if you party a higher level than yourself EG. a level 11 and a level 27, the level 11 gets no xp no matter where he is,
    this is basicly what your asking for but i think it should be added so solo item run's can improve your toon without xp.
    adding a new area that adds no xp scale to level with good droping rate's no realm frags needed..
    that would do it too.. mayb something like a combat pit with endless wave's of monsters spawning
