Bot users

Hi all,

first - why i write here. Because in my country(Czech) drakensang support are absolutely disastrous.... No discusion, only baning, disinterested, stupid answering (We all nobs for CZ support team) etc. Hope here its better.

I have problem with bot users. We know all, that its here. And when i see youtube videos, its work. In my eyes its nothing for me. I want play good game and have a good time. No watching some program, what playing....

But problem is, that this players what use bot, can be on higher level in short time and without any invest than normall player. When i see, what this bot can do, than i understand, how its possible, that some centurion have all items on LVL50 and still on red(No invest).... Player EDIT-Grimmag (I think now baned - aleluja).

Pleas do you have(BP) some plan, how to get rid of this players? Or we can be all bot players? If BP nothing to do, than i think no sense to invest any money.
