    Release 167 has brought extra tracking for the brown screen issue that some of you are suffering since release 164. This is a necessary step into fixing this issue and we are confident it will help the team greatly to provide you with a definitive fix. But in order to do so, we also need your cooperation in this matter.

    How can you help?

    If you are one of the affected users and get a brown screen after the release of 167, please, go ahead and send our Customer Support team a ticket. It is important that you remember the approximate time stamp of the event so please provide this information to our team when filing the ticket.
