    I opened a gold pinata in the dislocated city and I couldn't get that item from the bottom... I hope it can be solved and I will get that item or at least another gold bar...

    It is not a bug when you have shined so you can not pick up it equivalent to you picking up some gear and you do not get another times .

    It's not in English, but I'm guessing that's the Ferocious Pauldrons... skin. Not the equipment, but the skin. If you already have it, it won't do anything.
