    i've noticed that the wizard's dragan set isn't duplicating the frozen spheres or reducing the wait time.

    You noticed well. But Dragan's set is not buggy, it was heavily nerfed by the developers just one year ago.

    From evening to morning we players realized that the double sphere had been removed, and in order to spam it you needed to equip both Q10 gloves and 5x cooldown jewels.

    All that happened without any official announcement or explanation about their decision, a fact that well describes the respect they reserve for the Community that pays their salaries. Then a few days later a patchnote came out in which it was reported that the damage of the ice sphere had been increased (while remaining single, as you can see) https://board-en.drakensang.com/threads/release-258-hotfix-3-patchnotes.86389/#post-789649

    And they were so busy doing who knows what that they never even corrected the description in the set's tooltip: this is what is called attention to detail. What to ask more.
