Bug unresolved in my account

    Brazilian support can not solve my problem. My name does not appear in the PvE rankings on any map. I've been losing the awards since I came back to play. What should I do?

    The brazilian support can not solve my problem. The EN support's site forwards to the brazilian, that can not solve my problem.... Another player had the same problem as me and the support resolved in 3 days. Already my problems have already passed more than 2 weeks....

    @Hyke ,
    PT support can solve your issue. They only need to do one click in order to solve your issue.
    I have had a similar issue in the past.
    Please be aware, even if they do whatever they need to do, your name will not appear in the ranking until the server is up and running. The server should be shut down for maintenance or reset.
    You can use my answer as reference next time you contact PT support.

    The PT support closes my ticket with every return I give. Ask for time to solve and with this I lose another 2 weeks of awards, out of losses since the day I returned to play.
    Sad... sad, as well as disrespectful.

    @Hyke ,
    You are not losing anything, those rewards are not being given weekly. Leaderbords rewards are being given only after the season comes to an end.
    Wait for the end of the current season, if the issue still persists contact the support again.

    You yourself said that it is a SIMPLE problem to solve. The Brazilian support is with the case before the 27/08. To date I have had no feedback on my problem. Why take so long, if it is so simple to solve? There is a player who had the same problem and the support resolved in 3 days.
    Why is it so difficult to take my case to the EN support?

    do not edit your post so you can re-write the text in other language than English. English language is the only language allowed on this board.

    You not appearing in Leaderboards' ranking was never a bug and you know it.
    PT support has dealt with the issue on 9/11 2018.
