Bugs, bugs, and more bugs.

My accomplishments are messed up. I need customer service to go through and fix all the errors like I haven't achieved lvl 50 sw even though I have, no having gone to watery grave even though I did, etc... Also I am not getting my honor points/badges of honor, whatever you call them from daily pvp tasks. I have screenshots of before after 10k reward quest, but nothing has gone up by at least 10k! This needs to be fixed also. How come your dev team isn't catching and fixing these errors? Some of them have been around forever now.

 

Well one of them is not a bug. Badges of honor/ Honor points are different. The quest gives badges of honor... not honor points. All you can do with BoH is buy items from the honor store.

We would like to clarify some things related to bugs and their resolution.

1. All bugs that you report here or through or customer service are reported by Moderation Team.
2. Then, bugs are escalated to our developers and, then, it all depends on them, according to the priority that they give.

Some achievements are bugged, that's true, including that one that you mentioned before. Anyhow, as you surely understand, this is not a priority error, once game is not crashing when it happens. We know that some of our players spent a lot of time doing their achievements to get points. What we can say for now is that problem is under working and some achievements have already been fixed since Release 164

For the second question, related to daily quests 2.0, as our friend @Wllf explained before, PvP daily quests give you badges of honor (quantity is available on the right side of Draken currency) and not honor points, so it will not count for PvP tree (honor talent points)

As it has been said, you can just buy itens in PvP shop in exchange for badges of honor.
