Support Can's access full moon event map 2

    Hi guys. Im an 7 years old player. I have an old character and also some months ago I created a new one. I played the full moon event so many times, I have done all the quests inclusive that one named " defend Rubina" and I still cant access map 2. what can I do pls? its sad if its a bug..I rly want you to resolve this..If after so many years there are still bugs like this, its rly sad..

    Rubina and other two quest she have during the event won't help you to enter Bloodmoon map.

    Actually, now is the time for You to go @ Varholm and do some quests first, if you haven't done those.

    I don't remember exactly order but this might help

    I have done ALL, there is not any ! sign or any other sign.. its just the rubina's repetitive quest

    Did you finish Old Chest from the Shipwreck quest?
    You must finish that quest. You can't take that quest from NPC. The quest starts at night time (active event) when you click on the chest (see in the link) and pick up the scroll.
    Hurry and solve that quest if you haven't already.
    After finishing that quest you will get new one ... or the next quest line .
