Cant Enter Atlantis Above Water

    Please help me resolve my problem, i have already done all the quest for me to enter atlantis above water but when i open the portal it just turn my screen to black and it wont respond, when i try to enter again it occur same problem. I cant complete my cloak quest because of this problem, please help me. Thank you very much

    What level are you?
    When opening the portal try to be as close as you can ... sometimes obstacles between can make the game stuck with black screen.

    I have same problem to. Cant find quest HARP OF TIME, and cant enter in Atlantis Above Water. Ranger level 40.

    did you go back to the queen and get the pearl the one that ends the quest? if you did u should be able to enter AAW. or you have craft a peral go to the harp and then she sends u to the queen? it's been awhile......

    igigor,U get the quest from the harp she has six if i'm not wrong

    Please note this game is not located on your pc. When you complete quests it flags the data base. Even though you see a green arrow if the server feels you can not access the next map it will not create an instance for you. When this happens all you can do is send a support ticket. Once done they will fix it for you. Cheers....
