Can't enter/see Land of the immortal - Bastion of order

    Hello,
    My friends can enter Bastion of order. But i can't and don't see the arrow at all. What can i do about it?

    The first quest is in kingshil from the King. But to get it you must complete all story quests (until mortis). Then just follow all quests, to reach the new map in Ashraya
