Can't get Ammon's ring of light quest

    Hi,
    This is my problem:
    I have often taken and dropped quests when I have needed to make more room in my quest book. I have always been able to retake the quest later

    I had the ring of life quest from Ammon in the pw and i decided to drop it. Later, when i was stronger, I wanted to retake the quest but no one gives it out anymore. This means that not only cant i get the ring of life, i cant get any of the other items of that chain.

    Is there anything i can do to reset this so i can do the quest?
