Can't log in

I can get to the home screen and enter my account info, but when it gets to the Main loading page, it stops. I have reinstalled the game and Java and still doing the same thing. Can anyone help?

Are you using tninclient or browser?

First ensure Java is correctly Set up.
If Java settings are OK clear browser cache, Java cache and clean DSO Client folder.
Let me know if this worked out.

there are over 16k items in my DSO folder, is there a faster way to remove them?

 

No that is the fastest way.
You can use CCleaner to remove cache and registries, but manual way is faster and safer.

 

Ok, cleared everything and still getting stuck on login screen. I have the required version of Java, I have removed and reinstalled the game. Not sure what is left.
