Can't login at Hognis....

So, I have 3 chars. One is in Werian or whatever that town is and done with, but my other 2 are both in Hognis at the moment and I can't get on. (error 21) Not sure how long this has been going on today, but I have less than 2 hours to login to get my daily login bonus and keep up my consecutive days (over a year). Anyone else having problems with Hognis as a whole, either trying to start there or enter it from the forest? This is Agathon btw.

Is Hognis just down in general on all the servers? I can't get on with the client or browser. This just plainly blows. About to lose my year+ of consecutive logins for 2 chars. I just want the goddamn daily bonus and a chance to do daily quest, although there's no time for it now depending on what it is.

 

Am also getting error 21 when fast traveling to Ellionidos, and its hanging the character up to where you cant even log back into game

 

Was this the first time you've tried accessing the game since they daily reset last night, or had you been on with it working in the last 23 hours? I got home so late last night that I didn't bother to do just the logins, thinking I'd be able to do all of them when I got up. Nope, just 1/3.

 

Several areas in Agathon are down. I sent characters to Mystra, Ellonidos, and Misty Ridge and can't log in with them anymore.

 

My lowest level guy, is fine in Werian, but I only got the login bonus since the dailys were all based on arena or PvP faggotry in the wilds. No interest in that.

I didn't try to take him anywhere else, as I've been focused on my other 2 for the last 10 hours or so.

Thx for yours and HuntRpiG's info updates though. Looks like I'm losing many many days of effort to keep my login numbers up. Got shafted a time or two before for this exact same problem.

It appears the goddamn **** SS mods removed a lot of info from my postings in this thread... F off all you mod bastards.

Have you tried walking to them instead of teleporting? In other words, teleport to Resistence Command Center, walk north east to Jarlshofn, and then walk through wild areas up to Hognis. That should do the trick.

 

No joy... once one of your characters is in one of the "locked up" towns, you'll get the Error 21 immediately when you try to connect after selecting that character to play. One of mine had been OK, from Resistance Command Center to Jarlshofn, then when I tried to go to Ellonidos, bam! -- Error 21. Any subsequent attempts to access that character result in Error 21. My character in Hognis Mine is also unreachable.

But I'm a "free rider", so no one at BigPoint Central is going to get too excited until the folks who spend the big bucks complain en masse.

 

No no, what I'm saying is that both chars are logging in at Hognis, that was the last place they were when I logged off yesterday morning. Besides it's too late now, I've lost all my year+ progress.

So if I'm understanding you right, if I happen to just travel to one of these 'locked up' towns (no idea of what all are dicked), my last char would likely get F'd by the system as well? Guess I'll be staying in Werian with my accessible char for now.

 

Same problem here with Ellidondos

 

Yes, I can't use my character in Hognis Mine on Agathon server. My characters on Tegan server seem OK, but they are all low-level (in Kingshill or Werian Sanctuary).

 

Reported the problem 16hours ago. I'm sure they are working on it.

 

Is that when it started or just when you noticed it? I'm thinking I should've tried when I got home late last night to get the daily bonus at least. All that year or more, gone...

 

I cant get in agathon either keep saying no server error21 ffs I just reupped my premium noe I will lose my daily bonus this sux

 

having the same trouble as all of you, my characters in hognis and Ellonidos are locked up with error 21. I have one in Werian that i can get in to but since the character I was doing the event on is on Ellonidos I can't do much of anything. How long does it usually take them to fix this sort of problem? (agathon server)

 

So, I wonder if they'll actually do anything for us, esp for you premium players. I'd only settle for huge amounts of ander or cots now for the record time loss I've sustained as a result of all this. Having logged in for over a year in a row may not mean much to many of you, but it's quite an accomplishment for me, esp when my last solid run was ruined by this same exact thing. I've played for at least 4 years now and it was quite fun in the beginning, now not so much... every update nerfs my chars even more, and it all just sucks that much more with each capability they take away.

Understandable, although I haven't done events in years due to the low value without having to buy ess and pots to stay alive. Reward isn't worth it to me.

I'm really good at dodging and only use the ess i get as drops. only died a few times this event and up till tonight i was making 1500 points a night of the 9000 max. I hope they fix this soon, I want that mount and the gear

 

I figure I'd like to have those things, but the effort and costs involved just kill the value. I'm not that great at mobs anyway, and I'm lucky to survive PvE solo a lot of times.

 

That's when I nocited it, Couldn't log in. Now 24hours has passed.
