Can't play the game. "All connection attempts have failed"

Hello,
Usually i can log in, to collect daily bonus, but when entering map, starting pvp battle where is need to load map, i get this message "...failed", trying to press RETRY or reload page but nothing helps. Only very few times it works and i can play for exm. 6v6 or get in any map...and it works just once, not like one day everything is okay, next bad. Always the same, if one time i have luck to enter battle or new map, next move will be definitely fail...next map or register battle again, not loading anymore, no matter how long i am trying reload page...
Please anyone can help with advise what to do? or where is the problem?
It is started a few month ago, from the beggining it was rare and reload page helped, now it is impossible to play anymore...

 

I would suggest you to contact the support. They will instruct you what to do next.

 

Send support a message, listing your character specifically, and requesting a reset. Usually it takes about a half hour or so. Do not expect a timely, effective, email reply.
If your character was caught in the trap at watery grave or 1 of the atriums, you may be able to play other characters, and then switch characters after about an hour.
Support has a forum page for sometime fixes: dumping the dso temp file, clearing java applets or updating java, pinging internet providers, etc. Sometimes, 1 of them may actually work; most of the time, DSO just has to fix it on their end.
