Can't play the game

    So here's the problem, it started today. I can log in to my account, but i can't get to the character screen. It says connection is being established, then an error window pops up saying
    "Nebula3 Application Error
    D3D9RenderDevice::SetupAdapter() has failed with 'D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE'

    Thread: GraphicsInterface Thread"

    is this just my computer or is it the game, and how can it be fixed?

    Most likely you have issues with your graphic card or you are trying to play the game on virtual machine.

    Ok, it's just that it was fine yesterday and I am not doing anything different, same computer same browser, nothing has changed and it just appeared out of nowhere
