Can't play with my favorite character, please help.

Indeed, when I attempt to play with my main character, Laochbeag, it will not connect. This is an issue for only this character as I can play with any other but I prefer to play with him. Allow me to explain, when I select the aforementioned character and then click play now the loading screen appears and the progress bar fills up quickly then after a minute or two it flashes the blue icon stating that all connections have failed. I have attempted to play with this character seven times now and have gotten the same mentioned results. I would prefer this fixed soon as this is my main character. Please, can someone help me with this?

I have heard other members with same problem, a few weeks/months ago.
You have only 2 options...delete your temp files and if that doesn't help, then you really need to send a ticket to the support team about this.

 

can you help me with this problem, right now, im having problems using my character on another site http://www.kongregate.com/games/Bigpoint/drakensang-online i can't play my lvl 36 ranger / or my lvl 32 spellweaver / or even my lvl 31 Dragonknight and steam mechanicum, cause when i click play, i need to download the game it says, its like it brings me to the down load screen of the game just to play it in my PC instead of the browser, same thing in the original site, i can't even play my character's any more, its just glitched, the play button for me is glitched, and just now i have thought of sending this message on the forums of DRO right now, i hate it cause i can't play it, cause it brings me to the download game screen, i already have the game in my PC, but it still says to download it again, but when i try to log in my account from http://www.kongregate.com/games/Bigpoint/drakensang-online that has my lvl 36, but i can't log in on the downloaded game, its hard now cause i can't play cause its now glitched out, spent 7 months on the game, since at "May 2014", i got addicted on the game and started lvling my characters up, now its useless cause its glitched out cause of the download screen, wish i can log in my account from Kongregate.com to DRO downloaded game instead so that i can play it again, i can play the game in PC but i can't play my best account on browser from another site, oh and note, i type long words when it comes to helping people or helping my self
