Can't Purchase Andermant

    Hi, I'm trying to purchase andermant. I've tried the support link and I keep getting told they can't find the problem. Unfortunately, there is no real option that fits my problem, and I can't reply to their posts. I click on the "Add Andermant" link, and the window pops up like normal, except where all the purchase options should be, they're all blank. No Andermant, no premium, no character options, nothing. At the same time the blank purchase window opens, overlaid on top of that, I get the following error message:

    "This pack is currently not available.
    It's possible that you already own this pack or it's not available in your country. "

    I've purchase Andermant before, as well as the premium option. Please, please help me. I've been spending I think 2 or 3 weeks solid trying to get this resolved.

    i've been having that for over a month now. i've been in contact with support, quite a few messages between us. they've just stopped responding. good to know i'm not the only one with that problem. i can, however, get it to come up when i'm in the game in browser. but it doesn't have the same options for earning ander as the downloaded version.
