Support Can't reach out to support team.

Hello, so I got this message pop-up when I tried to log in to my account - "This account has been temporarily closed. As a result, you cannot currently log into Drakensang Online. The reason for this is that the Terms of Use have been either strongly or repeatedly violated. Should you have any questions to this temporary account closure, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service." I have no idea why this happened, tried to contacting to support, but all they reply is that I need to contact my language area support team. I'm from Norway and I cannot find an option to contact an Norwegian support team.

It is because your account belongs to other support. Ask support which language support you should use. You should know it.

 

@drasiuss , ask support officers what language support you need to contact, in case they have not already told you.
