Changes to some equipment.

    Pheon Forum Greenhorn

    There should be changes to some one-handed and secondary equipment that should be used by mages.


    Since these equipments are unused due to the mages specifically using Ice Bullet or sphere skills.


    Gwenfara's Phantom Almanac.
    Scroll of Sharra Harab.



    They should be enabled for use with Ice Bullet

    It would greatly help mages with one-handed builds.
