Character deleted

    Hello

    I have a question, if you delete by mistake ( or just beeing dumb ) your character, is support able to give it back?
    If so, why doesn't support give it back to me?
    My friend had the same thing happened and they gave him char back, I give support every information they need...
    Server, player, time that it happened everything and still not give back??

    I am asking it through this way because support close my tickets without replying.
    And to the mods - don't close this post, I want to see people opinions

    1) Support will not restore your characters unless you send the ticket from your DSO-linked email a/c. This is mostly as a first check that you are the legit a/c owner.
    2) Being logged into your a/c while sending the ticket sends Support all your a/c details so that they know they are able to identify the correct a/c on the right server
    3) This was clearly communicated to you in the reply you were sent
    4) Never, ever post details of your communications with Support here, in the game chat or on Facebook, etc. Your communications with Support, and their replies, are confidential.

    With all due respect, this is not up for debate. It is Big Point policy, and common sense. As such, this thread will be closed.
