Character didnt save after game crashed

    I had bought start pack and a bunch of stuff on a fresh account played to level 16 and game crashed when it did nothing saved and character was level one

    There is nothing that we can do to assist you on the forums. Please contact Support and explain the situation. I suggest you provide as much detail as possible, including receipts, transaction confirmation number, that sort of thing.
