Client failed to launch

    Any suggestions? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the client and restarted my computer. I was just using it 2-3 hours ago and now this. As soon as you click ok or hit the "X" on that pop up then the client exits

    Did you clear your DSO Temp folder after uninstalling?

    Please try again in this order:
    -Clear your DSO temp folder with the instructions provided here.
    -Uninstall the client.
    -Reboot your machine.
    -Run the installer as administrator.
    -Let it download/load and let us know the results.

    Ok so maybe I didn't delete the right files the first time as your guide took me to a different folder I did not find and delete the first time around....I have currently done everything on your list and my current status is that the client is staying opened and downloading the game content again. So it appears to have worked thanks

    The content has just finished downloading and I just logged into the game so problem has been completely resolved thank you :). You can close this thread

    Hello, i have a problem, recently my client show me failed to launch client, i uninstalled it twice, deleted all the game folders, but nothing, please help me as soon as someone can
