    I have just recieved my cloak of Initiation contract, and am wondering what I'm supposed to do with it. Does something happen? Do I need to go somewhere to MAKE it happen? Or am I rushing the process in some way...I found (and almost immediately lost) a tutorial on it, but as i recall there was no mention of levels involved, so I'm sort of wondering what comes next...

    You should solve the quest and gather all the fragments.

    thats the guide i was looking at before, thank you. it would appear im too low to participate, since i was given no quest and no details. Im lvl 16, got a ways to go I guess. ill bookmark that for later. Most appreciated
