Code: Error 21

Right now on Grimmag I get error 21 that is been "fixed".... right?

 

In the last three days it often happens, what annoys me passionately

 

It says Error code 21 when im trying to go royal arena! And sometimes when im going to whole game.. Please fix it! Heredur server.

 

Please state not only the map where you encountered the Error 21 issue, but also the server you are on and the time (along with time zone) this occurred. You can report this here or via a Support Ticket. Once we have all the relevant information, we will forward the details for investigation.

Map: I believe I was last in Ashraya


And my partner also has the issue:-

Can't even log in error 21 at the start

And now i can't get into the game.

 

Website now states:-

As I said in the other topic, scheduled? Don't think so....

 

Grimmag cant play anything error 21 kicking me all the time.on browser and client the same...

 

Server: Werian Starting at 3 pm Central time US going into the catacombs in Kingshill.

Time:- 20:24 (UK/London Time) - And at 20:29 [managed to log back in to Kingshill some how)

Map:- Going from Kingshill to Wild Forest

 

error 21 again...

time: - couple times a day various locations, last tried at 23:00h (UK+1h)
map: from Hognis mine to Iron Forest,
from Jarlshofn to Torstrond.
for me, these 2 were worse for this error.

Getting error code 21 going from Kingshill into Wild Forest...tried relogging now getting error code 21 upon entering game. 8:26 EST logging in from Syfy.com website...now can't get into game because of error code 21

well, every time we have a event, we can't play because the server says error 21, i believe they need make more large this server Heredur for all ppl could play and not get any type of issues is unbelievable. This is really bad bad!

 

This error occurs continuously and has become so constant that the game is unplayable. I cannot get to the next room whether I use the stones OR gateway - always Error 21. I have reported it to support, who say they are working on it. When, if ever, they fix it you can bet that another release will re-introduce the problem. It makes me wonder whether the developers do any testing on their code.
