Combine button greyed out

    In the quest "Useless Rubbish (2/3)". How do I combine? The combine buttons are greyed out. Don't know what I'm missing. Thanks in advance!

    the combine button is disabled simply because you have not inserted ALL the ingredients into the workbench.
    From the image you have used only the dress (colored icon) but not the hat, gloves and boots (gray).

    You can also see it from the icons in the inventory, only the dress is selected
