    1 of 9 is in Kingshill 2/9 is in command center as the progression continues the cities continue

    The game is still easy to play ... but you don't read.
    Gem crafting of splintered and simple gems is not part of From Disaster to Master quest as you said few times in the previous posts.
    You need to finish Useless Rubbish.
    You can't even take From Disaster to Master quest if you haven't finished the Useless Rubbish.
    You can't take Useless Rubbish if you haven't finished the main quests from Grimgord to Kingshill (including Swerdfield Pastures).
    It takes few minutes to finish those quests.
    Take in example
    you see? They have actually read and found the missing quest and now they are having no issues at all. :)
