Complaints

I'm in roughly the same spot as the rest of the gang... I started playing in May, 2012, and the game was really engaging and fun. I've always been a "free rider", never put even a dime into the game, but back in 2012 there were several times that I was tempted to pay for something or another. It was still good for most of 2013, but I felt less internal pressure to pay, I wasn't having as much fun as I had in 2012. The introduction of the Dwarf/Steam Mechanicus and the raising of the level cap from 40 to 45 messed up the game in a lot of ways, but it was still interesting (most of the time). 2014 has just been a never-ending series of disappointments -- I still log in every day, might do a Daily Quest or two, then log out -- never more than an hour a day, many days less than 30 minutes. I dropped my number of characters from 11 to 3, but now I'm back up to 7 because I find the quick level advancement of lower-level characters more fun than playing my higher level characters! Unless there's a major turn-around in terms of game quality, I doubt that I will still be playing by the end of this year. Since I don't have any money in the game, it would be very easy for me to walk away from it, and that thought keeps whispering at me, and it's getting louder with each passing week.

 

soo right i said that earlier a little different..that if some of these complainers had to fix the load , and i agree that it is annoying little crashes and the dc thing yet it still is agame...i would not think the ppl getting all upset in real life have the ability to separate reality from fantasy....too bad for them...
I have said that... it is awesome dev team make a game to enjoy, I do...and even if it isnt perfect,...your still playing after 2 years ..it cant be that bad... you all have the opportunity to not log on too... i assume that dev team as well is trying to fix issues...we hope right..me a computer guy ..lol... not at all. after I reboot my computer...their are footprints all over it..

so right was running around with group, the dragons we could not see..some players were shooting in air as we realized we couldnt see the monster killing off guys to kill it..some players revived and others didnt want to play as it wasnt fun getting shot at by things ya cant see. half our group was invisible,,all were very upset and then the gliche thing came in to effect, i just dont say much when all this happens, some of us got exp for killing a big boss, then poof no drop..***..waste of time...dev team you gonna give back exp , i didn t need for no drops..i could bitch too..!\

Maybe they shouldn't have started a gaming business if they didn't want to get yelled at by angry nerds. Twiching without knowing what is what in the game doesn't help their cause much. I mean the "Face" of the DSO didn't know certain key aspects of the game and obviously don't play the game.

I've played for about 2 years, and the fun has seemed to go downhill. Makes me wonder if the staff has changed or burnt out. I've heard BP fired all the good developers to save money. Death by Executive Order?

 

really ..that sucks ..another proof that money comes before people...too bad that even exists.. money, its all people care about , the gamers are really making a point on this.. im concerned, do i send money or not...??????
