    I don't remember buying the Spring or Solstice Rune recipes, but I see the Summer version in the shop for 10k ander. I'm wondering if the recipe drops during the event or if this one HAS to be purchased? If so, is it worth 10k anders? I hate to buy it then still not be able to craft a rune because the main ingredient won't drop or whatever like that paintbrush never dropping for the rune.
