Connection Issues?

    Normally we don't post these requests/details on the boards and leave it to support to request them, but to skip the middle manning of sending out the request and needing to wait..

    If you are receiving the "fork" error, or if you are constantly getting the connection failers between switching maps please do the following and send to support.

    (to upload attachments you will first need to open a ticket, wait for the auto reply, then reply to that with the required docs attached as you can't attach in the first contact)

    Please send us:
    1. Your DSO client log
    C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\Temp\DSOClient\dlcache\logfiles
    Select the newest log file, this will be the one without a number on it, copy it to a location easiest for you to find, and then attach to the email.

    2. If a crash the .dmp file located in
    C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Temp\DSOClient\dlcache

    3. and dxdiag report
    Please provide us with the Dxdiag report file contents and we will look into the matter.
    To do this, click on the Start>Run for Windows and type dxdiag.exe in your run box. Run the report in that program and save the report. Attach the report to the email to us and send it in please.


    Don't forget server details and to name the map that is giving you the issue.
