Counter-Vortex with only 3 items?

Currently doing quest in Spawning Ground where you have to collect a twisted zorlobb claw (got it), a spinning blessed top (got it), and a stinging tentacle from a tame jelly (got it). Then it says create a magic counter-vortex on the workbench.

Do they mean the workbench in Kingshill? That takes four items; it won't activate with the three mentioned above. Is there another workbench to use, maybe in the Spawning Ground itself? There is a highlit platform by the vortex: I guess that's where you're supposed to toss the counter-vortx from. But that's after I create it. So: is there a fourth item I'm missing, or is there another workbench I'm supposed to be using?

BTW, on a sidenote, I'm one of those players who recently got screwed -- um, "inconvenienced" -- by the Google Chrome upgrade. I downloaded the client and have been using it w/o problems (so far -- I am assuming the download has no bearing on the problem mentioned above).

there is your quest; http://drakensangonline.wikia.com/wiki/Against_the_Current and the thing you missed out is this Rakorus' enchantment for counter vortex , you should find that in your inventory and go back to workbench. Any of them, all of them need 4 items
