    Good morning
    how to craft the wrath seeker's cape?

    I crafted all the other elements without any problem with the rings
    but for the cape it doesn't work, I tested several solutions but it doesn't work

    can anyone explain how to do this?
    I have all the elements of the set at level 140
    and when I wear it it tells me that 5 the cape did not count
