    Idea...

    Max is 95% for one line chosen 90% is 2 85% if 3 and 80% of max for choosing 4 lines

    We could farm stones that we will use to craft mods on our items. X amount of X stones would result in 50% weapon dmg line.
    I posted similar idea in my original post. Somehow I still cant picture it fully, but in short I would like to farm a more high-chance drop 'stuff' that I can use to craft legendary or unique item of choice.
    We can incorporate these crafting stones/enchantment stones in mobs, bosses and events.
