    What do you mean? Better as in legendary or in stats? Combine 4 extraordinaries to get a legendary. If you're referring to better stats.. I think it's random.

    In any case, you should farm them not craft them. :)

    yeah well i tried to craft one but they wouldnt let me so i sold them

    is it posible to combine boss monster items

    If I'm right, you are wearing one, you won't be able to combine them. If you unequip it and put it in your inventory, you should be able to craft them.
