    If you have submitted a ticket and you did not receive the standard auto-reply as a confirmation that your inquiry was received successfully, we kindly ask you to please contact support again.

    If you have received an automatically generated confirmation, with a ticket number in the subject line, then please remain patient and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
