Daily offers and andermants

If among the offers there's one item that we want, we have to spend a quantity of andermants that corresponds to the value(in andermants) of that item we want. Is that right?

It depends on which of the tiers the desired item is. If it's in the first tier then yes, it will correspond to the value of the item itself.

However for the second tier you will first need to spend the value of the first item and then additionally the value of the second tier's desired item. For the third tier you would have to spend the value of the first and second tier before it would count towards the value of the third.

Take the image below for example, the essence on the first tier costs 20 andermants, once you spend 20 andermants you will receive the reward.
The crit gem in the 2nd tier is valued at 2280 andermants, so you would need to spend 20 + 2280 andermants before getting it.
Red mantis mount is valued at 17496, but if you hover your mouse over the progress bar you can see the total amount needed before reaching the final reward being 19796 andermants. (the total value of tier 1, 2 and 3.).

So in short, what you said applies for the first tier. For the higher tiers you will have to spend equal to that of the value of the lower tiers first.
