    yes, at this point higher essences need to be much more easily obtainable than now

    remember that in past test server version with the new ingredient system, essences were able to be crafted, using minerals i believe
    They can bring this back

    As stated before, changes that need to be done to try to balance the game after R220 should be, at least:
    - 5 minutes of Fairy Wood buff.
    - 1999x Shiny Silver Essences after completing the quest and to revert the original 150% increased damage to Bloodmoon monsters.


    I feel sorry for DKs, the same occured way back after R155, R185 and now this again. The truth is I feel sorry for us DSO Players. So much work to have a strong nice character and devs nerf us this way… Nothing to say.

    well, i think that the power of the shiny silver essences should be increased to 200% or 300%

    Same. I used to have a tank build and a 2H build. But in December, when they made Tanks obsolete, I have sold all my tank gear. Now I have none left. I have now built my 2H build to be able to solo Infernal IV with ease.

    I cannot go back to Tank mode and I do not want to. Play as a 2H DK or quit are the only options.

    while DKs are going to be hit harder than the rest of the classes, don't pretend that this isn't going to cause problems to ranged classes
    i mean, farming times will increase, resource consumption will increase, and the game will become much less enjoyable

    Agreed. Also sold tank gear as preference for me is to 2h. No way do I want to go back to having to craft both 1h and 2h gear and continually switch gear whenever I join a team

    No, it's not fair at all. However, take into account that a Q7 ranger is a juggernaut on the map if used correctly, thus beating DK and mage in time and in stability throughout the Qs as well.

    This means that:
    Q7 has to be nerfed.
    Dwarf's Q8 has to be nerfed slightly.
    Mage needs to be stabilised by buffing a few skills and applying some set changes.
    Ranger needs a buff.
    DK needs a slight buff.

    How to do each of these? Well, we have lots of suggestions in the forums, I'm not gonna look for them right now just to quote them here, probably to no avail.

    On top of that I kinda want to add that with permanent armor/resistances reduction on bosses when r220 comes live SMs, RAs will be dealing double the damage while doing the same skill rotation as usual. Meanwhile it adds another layer of complexity on SWs and DKs due to their armor/resistances break being not included in their rotation or being unreliable.

    Well, but on the other hand, what's the paper of the DK class?

    Tank?
    Melee damager?
    Something else?

    That's why we need a more advanced exp skilltree (a subclass system possibly). This way, tanks go one way, damagers go the other way, all will be reliable, and finally it'd be possible to balance it out, in PvP and in PvE.

    0 elixir used for Dk and rangers, and all that to explain a rlly new thing dwarf are faster on boss?, what? q7 is too powerfull? q8 too?
    Did you make the same thing for maps? to explain somebody need 5 more second with endgame char? 90% of time attack are bad in all your examples....

    The only class who can cry for real about everything change 24/7 are Dks. they have to play tank, than not, than perhaps than still bads in all config...

    ..or not.. cause the problem was perhaps boss were stupid, bad and with 0 hp, dmg for end game chars.
    Let's see if they can increase the AI after increase the dmg and reduce the def, cause that's the only real problem in pve. Range class will waste time and perhaps one day use mind or real skills to survive ( the endgame chars too ofc..) and give some values to Dks skills, skin and gameplay.

    can't understand how it's possible to waste this time in class war everytime...

    before calling nerfs to some clasess what we need here in my opinion is total skills rework + some new skills to all clasess to make and tons of new uniques in game so that players have more option in their builds not jus q7 sets, i mean every build is the same its boring give us more ways to customize builds

    Since R209 wisdom tree is quite good (just some of the "combat" skills need to be buffed), I came to think they perhaps could seriously do this well.

    The thing is, in the process of set rebalancing and adding new ones, the Q7 set has to be nerfed (and Q8 of dwarfs slightly), possibly compensated by buffs to DK and RA (and some stabilisation has to be done to the mage - this can be done by working with the elemental afifnity system).

    Tbh I think wisdom is a failure - their goal was to create infinitely scaling progression system where you can choose different perks depending on your playstyle.

    What we got is system with fixed cap (not just by gating levels, gaining more points is literally pointless post lv 175), there's no choice (since you can get everything) and there's no way this system will scale if they raise the cap to (e.g.) 300. New combat, 1h and 2h talents are a missed opportunity, some are bugged to this day (even second chance since it's boring and very counter-intuitive).

    Also, the design of wisdom "skill tree" is quite boring.

    But, one the balance-disbalance line, it didn't really cause disbalance I think.

    Otherwise you're correct.

    Regarding the wisdom tree:
    • Keep the current talents
    • Change it into a more "tree" design (talents dependent on other talents)
    • Fix the talents that do not work properly (eg. Lifetime Thief)
    • Buff the useless talents (some of the "combat" talents, A Handful of Resources)

    This means that :
    Bloodstaff and Bearach staff to be nerfed to the point where mages are forced to use only herald set so they cant abuse herald set on bosses.
    Q7 for mages to be nerfed because 8 seconds buff is kinda hilarious.
    Some bugs needs be fixed
    And nerf here and there.

    Where is Mage video ? why only dwarf use steam pot and Dk and ranger dont, if they use too im sure the time will be lowered a lot ?

    No, the difference wont be that significant.
    Resource pot on SM is worth thousands of %dps unlike on any other class. The only class that profits from resource pots as much (relative to their normal %dps) are SWs and only cause they dont have a set that provides free "spam" so they gotta "spam" one way or another to catch up.
    You can try to deny the reality but dwarves on bosses are simply unfair in comparison to all other classes (especially post r220):

    R220_6 - the defense multiplier for Infernal difficulties has been reverted to values of R219.
